城乡融合发展视域下邢台市乡村工匠的培育策略

Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Country Craftsmen in Xingtai City From the Perspective of urban-rural Integration Development

城乡融合发展新时期的乡村工匠是生活在城乡结合部或乡镇的乡土工匠人才,是助推乡村振兴的重要人力资源之一。邢台市乡村工匠培育存在总量偏少、结构老化、动力不足等问题,培养模式、培训方式等存在一定转型需求。基于对培育参与主体的分析,提出地方政府可创建城乡职业教育和培训共同体,实施乡村工匠专项培训计划,完善相关评价激励机制,提升社区教育中心服务能力;职业院校应拓展相关专业培养规模,创新乡村工匠培养培训形式,注重培养乡村工匠乡土情怀;行业协会与培训机构则应分别做好职业技能大赛、1+X技能等级证书培训与认证等。

Rural craftsmen are local artisan talents living in the fringe areas of urban and rural areas in the new era of urban-rural integration,and they are important human resources to promote rural revitalization.However,there are some problems in the cultivation of rural artisans in Xingtai city,such as insufficient personnel,aging structure,lack of power etc.,and their cultivation mode and training mode need to be transformed.Based on the analysis of cultivating participants,it is proposed that local governments can establish a community of urban and rural vocational education and training,implement a special training plan for rural craftsmen,improve the relevant evaluation and incentive mechanism,and enhance the service capacity of community education centers.Vocational colleges should expand the training scale of relevant majors,innovate the training forms of rural artisans,and cultivate the country affection of rural artisans.Industry associations and training institutions should play an active role in organizing vocational skill competition,1+X skill level certificate training and certification,etc.
