新媒体背景下高职院校共青团话语渠道转型研究

随着网络信息技术的广泛应用,话语传播方式不再局限于传统渠道。网络阵地、网络语言及网络传播等渠道的影响力愈发广泛而深刻。这极大程度改变了高校大学生群体的生活方式和思想价值观念,对高职院校共青团工作提出了新的要求。因此,深入研究新媒体背景下高职院校共青团工作的特征和挑战,并在实际工作中将新媒体技术与传统话语渠道相结合,不断强化网络监管,推进线上线下联动机制,提高新媒体工作素养等,可以有效推进共青团工作在大学生群体中的话语渠道转型。

With the wide application of network information technology,the way of discourse communication is no longer limited to traditional channels.The influence of network position,network language and network communication channels is more and more extensive and profound.This has greatly changed the life style and ideological values of college students and put forward new requirements for the work of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges.In order to solve the challenges faced by the Communist Youth League in vocational colleges under the background of new media,we need to combine new media technology with traditional discourse channels in practical work.At the same time,constantly strengthening network supervision,promoting the online and offline linkage mechanism,and improving the new media work quality can effectively promote the communist Youth League work in the college students'discourse power channel transformation.
