未来社区:社区营建的一次范式创新

Future Community:Paradigm Innovation of Community Construction

继2014年提出特色小镇概念,助推创新发展之后,浙江又于2018年提出了未来社区概念,以助推美好生活。这是浙江对实现高质量发展路径的又一次探索和贡献。本文试图从未来社区的发展背景、概念内涵和特征等方面来诠释未来社区是社区营建顺应发展趋势的一次范式创新。

After the concept of characteristic town in 2014 to boost innovation and development,Zhejiang put forward the concept of future community in 2018 to fulfill a better life,which is another exploration and contribution of Zhejiang to the realization of high-quality development path.This paper attempts to explain that future community is a paradigm innovation of community construction in accordance with the development trend from the development background,concept connotation and characteristics of future community.
