浙江省启动未来社区试点建设,秉承“139”顶层设计,为浙江人居高质量发展提供原创性、系统性和可操作性的未来社区样板。浙江瓜沥七彩社区是未来社区建设“先行先试”的样板,具有很强的代表性和示范性。该项目的试点承载着产城融合和城乡融合的两大任务,通过“认知共赢、政企共建、场景共生、居民共融”的方式进行创新,在城乡融合、承接未来、共享成果等方面具有较好的典型意义。

Zhejiang Province has launched a pilot project for future communities,adhering to the"139"top-level design,and providing an original,systematic and operable future community model for the high-quality development of Zhejiang’s human settlements.The Guali Enjoytown is a model of the“prior to carry and try”of community construction in the future,which is highly representative and exemplary,that carries the two major tasks of industry-city integration and urban-rural integration.It is innovated through the method of“cognitive win-win,government-enterprise co-construction,scene symbiosis,and residents’integration”,which has good typical significance in urban-rural integration,inheriting the future,and sharing achievements.
