摘要
本文以北京朗诗大厦改造项目为例,探讨北京地区既有公建节能绿色化改造在资源节约、健康舒适、智慧物联等方面适宜的改造技术策略,为北京地区此类酒改办项目的节能绿色化改造提供借鉴和可复制的案例。
Taking the renovation project of Beijing LANDSEA Building as an example,this paper discusses the appropriate renovation technology strategies in the aspects of resource conservation,health and comfort,and intelligent object connection for the existing public buildings in Beijing,so as to provide reference and replicable cases for the energy-saving and green renovation of such renovation projects in Beijing.
