Fabrication Technology of Main Girder of Box Steel Structure for Overpass of Municipal Engineering

本文以翔安南路-新城中路段道路工程为依托,并根据该段人行天桥的施工条件,重点对其箱形钢结构主梁的制作技术展开了探讨,主要包括材料加工、组装、焊接、翻转等方面,从而系统性地梳理主梁制作技术流程,以期给类似的箱形钢结构主梁施工作业提供行之有效的技术参考,以进一步促进行业的发展。

Taking Xiang’an Nanlu-Xincheng Zhonglu project as the example,according to construction conditions of this segment overpass,this paper focuses on the fabrication technology of box girder of steel structure construction,mainly including materials processing,assembling,welding,flip,so as to systematically comb girder production technical process,which can provide effective technical reference for similar box girder of steel structure construction and further promote the industry development.
