前循环急性脑梗死溶栓治疗前后头颅CT致密征的变化研究

Study on the Changes of Cranial CT Compactness before and after Thrombolytic Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction in Anterior Circulation

目的:探讨前循环急性脑梗死溶栓治疗前后头颅CT致密征的变化。材料与方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月于福建医科大学附属三明市第一医院神经内科收治29例前循环急性脑梗死患者头颅CT致密征的CT值及临床资料(NIHSS评分、MRS评分)进行回顾性研究。结果:急性脑梗死溶栓治疗后,血栓长度变短,致密征CT值明显较溶栓前下降;CT值下降的病例出院后NIHSS评分较住院溶栓前明显下降,出院后MRS评分明显改善,患者生活可自理,溶栓治疗前后对比头颅CT致密征的CT值变化进行统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:致密征CT值下降与临床预后明显相关,是独立的危险因素之一。

Objective:To investigate the changes of CT dense sign in patients with anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction before and after thrombolytic therapy.Materials and Methods:the CT values and clinical data(NIHSS score and MRS score)of 29 patients with anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction treated in the Department of Neurology,Sanming First Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2018 to January 2020 were studied retrospectively.Results:the changes of CT values and CT dense sign before and after thrombolytic therapy were statistically analyzed.After thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction,the length of thrombus is shorter and the CT value is significantly lower than that before thrombolysis,the NIHSS score of patients with decreased CT value is significantly lower than that before thrombolysis,and the MRS score is significantly improved after discharge,and the patients can take care of themselves.Conclusions:The decrease of CT value of dense sign is significantly related to clinical prognosis and is one of the independent risk factors.
