摘要
介绍了钢质无缝气瓶的主要生产方式,以及气瓶制造过程中冲孔工序对水压机的精度要求,介绍了整体框架机体的结构特点。对实际使用中25000 kN气瓶热冲孔水压机整体框架机体主压力缸连接部位开裂情况进行了说明和分析。选用同材质样件进行焊接试验,并对焊接试件分别进行拉伸试验、弯曲试验和冲击试验,试验结果表明,所选用的焊接工艺能够使焊后效果满足使用要求。通过制定合理的焊接修复工艺,对25000 kN气瓶热冲孔水压机整体框架机体主压力缸连接部位开裂实施焊接修复,解决了设备存在的隐患,并取得了较好的使用效果,不仅节省了维修费用,而且为今后整体框架机体焊接修复工作积累了经验。
The main production methods of steel seamless gas cylinders and the accuracy requirements of the hydraulic press in the punching process in the gas cylinder manufacturing process are introduced,and the structural characteristics of the integral frame hydraulic press body are introduced.The cracking situation of the connection part of the 25000 kN gas cylinder hot stamping hydraulic press integral frame body with the main pressure cylinder in practical use is well explained and analyzed.Welding test is carried out by selecting samples of the same material as the cracked part of the hydraulic press body,and conducting tensile test,bending test and impact test on the welding test piece respectively.The test results show that the selected welding process can make the welding effect meet the requirements of use.By formulating a reasonable welding repair process,the cracks in the connection part of the 25000 kN gas cylinder hot stamping hydraulic press body with the main pressure cylinder are repaired.The welding repair process successfully sovles the hidden risks of the equipment,and achieves an efficient and effective result,which not only saves maintenance costs,but also accumulates experience for welding repair work of the integral frame hydraulic press in the future.
