摘要
红山铁矿在开拓工程完工后,为达到后续井筒安装工程结构安全的目的,采用充填法封闭填充该井筒附近措施溜井的处理方法,即首先在拆除措施溜井底部振动放料装置后封闭井壁并预埋滤水管,然后先在措施溜井底部充填高配比混凝土充填料形成高强度假底,再充填混入废渣的低配比充填料,以此完成各段措施溜井封闭填塞施工。该铁矿通过采用充填法封闭填塞措施溜井,确保了井筒周围岩体结构稳定,保证了后续井筒安装工程结构安全。
After the completion of the development project of Hongshan Iron Mine,in order to achieve the structural safety of the following shaft installation project,the treatment method of sealing and filling the draw shaft near the shaft by filling method,that is,firstly,the shaft wall is closed and the filter pipe is embedded after the vibration discharging device at the bottom of the draw shaft for construction measures is removed,then the high-proportion concrete filling material is filled at the bottom of the draw shaft for construction measures to form a high-strength false bottom,and then the low-proportion filling material mixed with waste residue is filled,so as to complete the construction of filling and sealing of each section of the draw shaft for construction measures.The iron mine adopts the filling method to seal and fill the draw shaft for construction measures,thus ensuring the stability of the rock mass structure around the shaft and the structural safety of the subsequent shaft installation project.
