摘要
为探索影响"弱磁-强磁-扫强磁工艺"选别效果的因素,分别进行了弱磁给矿粒度、扫强磁给矿粒度、强磁磁感应强度和扫强磁磁感应强度的选别条件试验。试验结果表明:强磁尾矿适宜直接给入扫强磁,通过提高弱磁给矿细度可实现提高混磁精品位,通过采用较高的强磁磁感应强度与较高的扫强磁磁感应强度组合,可实现在混磁精品位变化不大的条件下,很好的降低尾矿品位。
In order to explore the factors of sorting effect which influence“low intensity magnetic-high intensity magnetic-sweep high intensity magnetic technology”,we separately conduct the sorting tests of low intensity magnetic feed particle,sweep high intensity magnetic feed particle,high intensity magnetic induction strength and sweep high intensity magnetic induction strength.The test results show that high intensity magnetic tailing is suitable for direct input of sweep high intensity magnetic,and the increasing of mixing magnetic fineness grade can be realized by upgrading low intensity magnetic feed fineness,by adopting the combination of higher intensity of magnetic induction strength and higher sweep high intensity magnetic induction strength,a better reduction of tailing grade can be realized under the condition of no big changes of mixing magnetic fineness grade.
