黑龙江省扶持新就业形态的社会保障政策研究

Research on Social Security Policy of Supporting New Employment Form in Heilongjiang Province

新就业形态与传统的就业模式不同。黑龙江省扶持新就业形态发展的政策问题,表现在新就业形态社会保障制度不公平、新就业形态人员参保率低以及社会保障权益等问题,提出改善新就业形态社会保障政策的对策建议,包括强化新就业形态社会保障政策衔接、提高从业人员的社会保险意识以及制定新就业形态的社会保障制度。以此来完善扶持黑龙江省新就业形态发展的社会保障政策,促进黑龙江省新就业形态更好发展。

The new employment form is different from the traditional employment pattern.The policy issues of supporting new employment form in Heilongjiang Province,are not fair social security system,low rate of joining insurance and social security rights and interests.The study puts forward countermeasures to improve the new employment form social security policy,including strengthen the new employment form social security policy cohesion,raise awareness of the social insurance of workers,and formulate a new social security system,so as to improve the social security policy of supporting the new employment form and promote the better development of the new employment form in Heilongjiang Province.
