环境规制对企业环境绩效的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Environmental Regulation on Enterprise Environmental Performance

运用2013-2017年的面板数据进行定量分析,运用多元回归方程研究了命令控制型环境规制、激励型环境规制和自愿型环境规制对企业环境绩效的影响。结果表明,我国重污染行业企业环境绩效一般;三种环境规制对企业环境绩效均存在正向影响;三种环境规制按照对企业环境绩效的影响程度大小,依次为命令控制型环境规制、自愿型环境规制和激励型环境规制。并提出强化政府环境责任、完善环境激励制度和相关政策建议。

Using the panel data from 2013 to 2017 for quantitative analysis,this paper studies the effects of command-and-control environmental regulation,incentive environmental regulation and voluntary environmental regulation on the environmental performance of enterprises by using multiple regression equation.The results show that the environmental performance of enterprises in heavy polluting industries in China is average.Three kinds of environmental regulations have a positive impact on corporate environmental performance.The three kinds of environmental regulations are command-and-control environmental regulations,voluntary environmental regulations and incentive environmental regulations according to the degree of impact on the environmental performance of enterprises.Suggestions on strengthening government environmental responsibility,improving environmental incentive system and related policies are put forward.
