摘要
二次电压并列和切换回路在变电站中应用广泛,因其接线回路同时覆盖变电站内同一电压等级的所有间隔,结构比较复杂,在现场作业过程中,电压互感器二次侧向一次侧反充电的事故时有发生,影响电力设备安全运行。说明二次电压并列和切换回路的工作原理,以3起事故为例,分析事故特点,说明事故原因,并总结现场作业的注意事项。为正确设计和规范使用二次电压并列和切换回路提供参考,为变电站现场作业提供应用策略。
Secondary voltage parallel circuit and switching circuit are widely used in substations.As it covers every unit with the same voltage level,its structure is relatively complex.In the process of on-site operation,reverse charging accidents of voltage transformer will be caused,affecting the safe operation of power equipment.In this paper,working principles of the secondary voltage parallel and switching circuit are described.Taking three accidents as examples,the characteristics and the causes of the accidents are analyzed.References are given for the correct design and use of secondary voltage parallel and switching circuits,and the application strategy is provided for substation operation.
