摘要
介绍某电厂670 MW机组脱硝喷氨自动控制系统,对喷氨自动控制方式和系统设备进行改进,采用喷氨系统尾部的喷氨格栅优化控制方式,通过调节安装在喷氨格栅管路上的调节阀门,控制不同分区的喷氨量,更精准地控制不同分区的氨逃逸率,确保脱硝系统的安全稳定运行。
The automatic control system of denitration and ammonia injection of a 670 MW unit of a power generation company is introduced.The automatic control mode and system equipment of ammonia injection are improved.The optimal control mode of ammonia injection grid at the tail of ammonia injection system is adopted.By adjusting the regulating valve on the ammonia spraying grid pipeline,the amount of ammonia injection in different zones is controlled,and the ammonia escape rate of different zones is more accurately controlled,which can ensure the safe and stable operation of the denitration system.
