摘要
煤粉细度和均匀性指数是反映制粉系统运行情况的重要指标,它们不仅反映制粉系统运行状况,还是影响锅炉燃烧状况的重要因素,合适的煤粉细度和较高的煤粉均匀性指数将有助于提高锅炉燃烧效率。某330 MW锅炉在相同工况、入炉煤质情况下飞灰含碳量升高异常,导致机组运行煤耗升高,影响机组经济运行。在现场初步原因排查的基础上,认为制粉系统运行状况异常可能是导致飞灰含碳量升高的主要原因。对制粉系统煤粉细度和煤粉均匀性指数进行现场试验分析,确定了煤粉取样代表性差是导致飞灰含碳量升高的间接原因,而煤粉细度不适应锅炉燃烧要求是导致飞灰含碳量升高的直接原因,并提出了相应的运行调整和设备改进建议,取得了预期效果。
The coal pulverized fineness and uniformity index are important indicators to reflect the operation of pulverizing system,they not only reflect the operation status of pulverizing system,but also reflect the operation status of boiler combustion.So appropriate pulverized coal fineness and higher uniformity index could help to improve the combustion efficiency of boiler.Under the same working condition and coal quality,the fly ash carbon content of a 330 MW boiler are relatively high,which leads to the increase of coal consumption and affects the economic operation.Through preliminary cause investigation on site,it is determined that the abnormal operation condition of the pulverizing system may be the main reason for the increase of fly ash carbon content,and through the field test analysis of the coal pulverized fineness and uniformity index,it is determined that the indirect reason for the increase of fly ash carbon content is poor representativeness of pulverized coal sampling and the direct reason is the coal pulverized fineness doesn’t meet the requirements of boiler combustion.At the same time,the corresponding operation adjustment and equipment improvement suggestions were put forward and the expected results were achieved.
