“Zhenrong”and“Zhenhe”:Solving the problem of deep cooperation between school and enterprise in fashion design

在当今社会,企业缺少"人才",而每年毕业生却找不到合适的工作。尤其是服装设计专业人才的培养更需要面向市场的需求,这些问题深深地困扰着企业和职业院校。校企深度合作则是解决这一问题的有效途径,通过校企深度合作促进校企双方合作共赢。本文从校企深度合作的意义出发,结合目前服装设计专业校企合作的困扰,为校企深度合作提出改善策略,并以此促进校企的"真融"与"真合"。

Nowadays,though enterprises are short of“talents”,graduates can’t find suitable jobs.In particular,the training of fashion design professionals needs to face the market demand.These problems have deeply troubled enterprises and vocational colleges.Deep cooperation between schools and enterprises is an effective way to solve this problem.Through deep cooperation,we can promote win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises.Based on the significance of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and combined with the current troubles of the cooperation in clothing design major,this paper puts forward improvement strategies for in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and thus promotes“Zhenrong”and“Zhenhe”between schools and enterprises.
