摘要 目前,由于部分药物的的有效单体成分水溶性不够好,影响药物发挥正常疗效,难以达到预期的理想目标,而纳米技术可以有效改变药物剂型。作为一种新兴科技,纳米技术通过直接操作和安排原子、分子创制新物质,在药学领域的应用使其成为新时代的前沿科学,纳米技术在制药领域的应用具有多种优势,不仅有很强的稳定性,药物利用度高,同时对于患者肠胃不会造成较大的刺激。基于此,本文对药物制剂中纳米技术的应用,纳米药物的制备,以及其用于制药的优势等进行了概述,并对常见的几种应用剂型和优势进行了探讨。 At present,the water solubility of the effective monomer components of some drugs is not good enough,which affects the normal curative effect of drugs and makes it difficult to achieve the desired goal.Nanotechnology can effectively change the drug dosage forms.As a new science and technology,nanotechnology creates new substances through direct operation and arrangement of atoms and molecules,and its application in pharmacy makes it a frontier science in the new era.The application of nanotechnology in pharmacy has many advantages,such as strong stability,high drug utilization and no great irritation to patients’intestines and stomach.Based on this,this paper summarizes the application of nanotechnology in pharmaceutical preparations,the preparation of nano-drugs,and its advantages in pharmaceutical applications,and discusses several common application forms and advantages.
