摘要
为了进一步推进化工园区公共应急水池的标准化建设,通过对某合成革工业园区公共应急水池在事故污水和雨水的收集与处理、地势、与规划的符合性等因素的充分论证,结合《化工园区事故应急设施(池)建设标准》T/CPCIF 0049-2020的相关要求,在对影响公共应急水池有效容积的安全系数、消防历时、降雨量等参数进行深入分析的基础上,提出切实可行的建设方案。
In order to further promote the standardization construction of public emergency pool in chemical industry park,the collection and treatment of accident sewage and rainwater,topography,and the compliance with the planning of a public emergency pool in a synthetic leather industrial park were fully demonstrated,according to the relevant requirements of T/CPCIF 0049-2020 Construction standard of accident emergency facility(pool)in Chemical Industry Parks,based on the in-depth analysis of the safety factor,fire duration,rainfall and other parameters affecting the effective volume of public emergency pool,put forward the feasible construction scheme.
