摘要
本文以双氧水氧化乙二醛合成乙醛酸的连续流工艺分析为研究内容,将双氧水和乙二醛作为原材料,通过观察的方式对液相氧化合成乙醛酸的连续流工艺加以明确,并在此基础上,制定最佳的工艺条件。试验结果表明,此工艺使微通道反应器优良的传质传热特点得到充分发挥,有助于反应时间的缩短,反应速率也随之提升,属于一种行之有效的工艺。
In this paper,the continuous flow process of glyoxylic acid synthesis by oxidation of glyoxal with hydrogen peroxide was studied.Using hydrogen peroxide and glyoxal as raw materials,the continuous flow process of synthesizing glyoxylic acid by liquid phase oxidation was clarified by observation,and on this basis,the best process conditions were worked out.The experimental results show that this process can give full play to the excellent mass and heat transfer characteristics of microchannel reactor,which is helpful to shorten the reaction time and increase the reaction rate.It is an effective process.
