Research and Discussion on the Design and Management of the Owner of Large Coal Chemical Projects

工程设计是煤化工项目工程建设的灵魂,设计管理统筹工程设计的各个阶段,是工程设计的抓手,是保障项目成本效益、工程进度、安全环保质量的重要手段之一,对项目建设的成败至关重要。基于此,本文以某大型煤化工项目的设计管理为研究对象,探讨分析目前煤化工项目建设中设计管理现状及存在的问题,并针对性地提出了相关的建议措施。

Engineering design is the soul of coal chemical project construction,and design management coordinates all stages of engineering design,is the grip of engineering design,is one of the important means to ensure project cost effectiveness,project schedule,safety,environmental protection and quality,and is crucial to the success of project construction.Based on this,this paper takes the design management of a large coal chemical project as the object of study,discusses and analyzes the current status and problems of design management in the construction of coal chemical projects,and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures.
