Professor You Zhaoling’s Experience in Treating Infertility of Intrauterine Adhesions

尤昭玲教授结合中西医理论与临证经验,巧用阴道四维彩超明确诊断,首次提出宫腔粘连求子患者无需手术治疗标准,总结了4种不同求子方案;治疗以中药汤剂、药膳煲、食疗糕三者结合,根据月经期、月经后期、着床期、早孕期的不同特点,构建了独特的"尤氏四期助孕法",并提出着床期即介入安胎至孕早期"安胎二步法"以提高临床妊娠率。临证获得良好疗效,为宫腔粘连所致不孕症提供新思路与方法。

Professor You Zhaoling combines the theory of Chinese and Western medicine with the experience of clinical trials,and uses the vaginal four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose the disease.It is the first time to propose a standard for patients with intrauterine adhesions who do not need surgery.Summed up four different sub-programs.Therapeutically,a combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Chinese medicine cooker and dietary cake was constructed.According to the different characteristics of menstruation,late menstruation,implantation and early pregnancy,a traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment program“You’s four-stage pregnancy-preserving method”was constructed,and the“two-step method of post-pregnancy”was proposed that the implantation period should be intervened from placentation to early pregnancy to improve the clinical pregnancy rate.Proof of good efficacy,provide new ideas and methods for infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions.
