Inspection and analysis based on cotton fiber quality

在棉花生产以及加工的过程中,检验棉花纤维质量是非常重要的环节,对提高棉花的质量具有重要意义。检验棉花纤维质量的指标有很多,在评价检验效果时,需要采用两种方法,即定性分析和定量分析。以中国棉花公证检验阿拉尔棉花实验室为例,对棉花质量进行实验室检验,作出客观公正的评价。在检验棉花纤维品质时,需要严格按照国家规定的标准执行,应用技术先进的棉花检测仪对棉花的各项性能指标进行检验,从技术的层面为棉花优质优价予以支持。

In the process of cotton production and processing,testing the quality of cotton fiber is a very important link,which is of great significance to improve the quality of cotton.There are many indexes to test the quality of cotton fiber.When evaluating the test effect,we need to use two methods,namely qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Taking Alaer Cotton Laboratory of China cotton notarization and inspection as an example,this paper makes an objective and fair evaluation on the quality of cotton.In the inspection of cotton fiber quality,it is necessary to strictly follow the national standards,and apply the advanced cotton detector to test the performance indicators of cotton,so as to provide technical support for high quality and good price of cotton.
