摘要
研究了不同白炭黑/炭黑的填量配比对轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着胶料中白炭黑/炭黑配比的提高,胶料的焦烧时间及硫化时间延长,硬度、100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力、拉伸强度降低,而断裂伸长率提高;同时,胶料的抗湿滑性能及滚动阻力呈降低趋势。
The effect of different Silica/carbon black filling ratios on the performance of tire tread rubber was studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of the silica/carbon black ratio in the rubber compound,the scorch time and vulcanization time of the rubber compound are prolonged,and the hardness,100%tensile stress,300%tensile stress and tensile strength decrease.The elongation at break increased;at the same time,the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of the rubber compound showed a decreasing trend.
