疏水阀在半钢轮胎硫化机的节能应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前有部分轮胎半钢液压热板式硫化机在热工管路设计时,上下热板和模套的蒸汽管道冷凝水排放采用活塞切断阀方式(也称A/P阀,Air Pison Valve),通过PLC程序控制电磁阀的供/断气来控制切断阀定时排放冷凝水,从而实现蒸汽系统冷凝水的排出,虽然能实现冷凝水的排放,但会带来蒸汽的泄漏浪费,从而带来较大的能耗,本文就切断阀更换为疏水阀,节约蒸汽进行探讨。 At present,when designing thermal pipelines for some semi-steel hydraulic hot-plate tire vulcanizers,the steam pipe condensate discharge of the upper and lower hot plates and the mold sleeve adopts the piston shut-off valve method(also known as A/P valve,Air Pison Valve).This design uses PLC program to control the supply/cut off of the solenoid valve to control the shut-off valve to regularly discharge condensate,so as to realize the discharge of condensate from the steam system.In order to save steam,this article discusses replacing the shut-off valve with a steam trap.
