摘要
以某款配置了ABS的汽车为例,对液压制动系统的主要元件建立物理数学模型。基于制动压力调节单元和制动操作单元,在AMESim软件环境中搭建其模型并进行动态特性分析,包括主要部件性能参数的变化对制动轮缸压力、制动轮缸流量和制动反应时间的影响程度。在此基础上,分析管路压力与制动踏板力和制动踏板行程之间的关系,为改善汽车制动性能提供一定的理论参考依据。
Taking a car equipped with ABS as an example,a physical and mathematical model was established for the main components of the hydraulic braking system.Then,based on the brake pressure regulating unit and the brake operation unit,the model was built in the AMESim software environment and the dynamic characteristics were analyzed,including the influence of changes in the performance parameters of the main components on the brake wheel cylinder pressure,brake wheel cylinder flow and brake reaction time.On this basis,the relationship between the pipeline pressure,the brake pedal force and the brake pedal trip was analyzed,which provides certain theoretical basis for improving the braking performance of the automobile,so as to further guarantee its reliable performance.
