摘要
为培育适合南方双季稻区生产的早熟油菜品种,选用Altex为母本,川油1号为父本进行杂交,对杂交后代进行系统选育,培育出早熟、稳产、优质、成熟期熟相好、耐迟播、适合机械化生产的早熟油菜新品种赣油105,于2020年通过国家非主要农作物品种登记。2015-2016年度江西省油菜新品种区域试验和2016-2017年度江西省油菜新品种联合测试试验表明,赣油105两年平均产量为1719.8 kg/hm^2,比对照中油杂12号增产3.1%,两年平均产油量为715.5 kg/hm^2,比对照中油杂12号增产3.0%。该品种全生育期183.2 d,株高145.8 cm,单株有效角果数134.6,每角果粒数21.9,千粒质量3.8 g,芥酸含量0.1%,籽粒硫代葡萄糖甙含量15.2μmol/g,含油量42.5%。赣油105适宜在江西和湖南省南部等南方双季稻三熟制冬油菜区种植。
In order to breed early-maturing rapeseed varieties suitable for production of double cropping rice areas in southern China,Altex was selected as female parent and Chuanyou No.1 as male parent for crossing,and the hybrid offspring were systematically selected and bred.Ganyou 105,which possessed the characteristics of short growth period,stable yield,good quality,good ripening phase,late sowing resistance and suitable for mechanized production,was selected and bred systematically,and passed the national registration of non-major crop varieties in 2020.The results of the regional trial of mew rape varieties in Jiangxi from 2015 to 2016 and the joint test of new rape varieties in Jiangxi Province from 2016 to 2017 showed that the average two-year yield of Ganyou 105 was 1719.8 kg/hm^2,which was 3.1%higher than that of Zhongyouza No.12,and the average oil production was 715.5 kg/hm^2,3.0%higher than that of Zhongyouza No.12.The whole growth period of Ganyou 105 was 183.2 d,the plant height was 145.8 cm,the number of effective pods per plant was 134.6,the number of seeds per pod was 21.9,the mass of 1000-seed was 3.8 g and the content of erucic acid was 0.1%,the content of glucosinolates in seeds was 15.2μmol/g,and the seed oil content was 42.5%.Ganyou 105 is suitable for planting in winter rapeseed areas in southern Jiangxi and Hunan province.
