摘要
为满足在发动机不开车条件下开展机上地面试验对发动机温度信号的模拟需求,针对现有技术存在装置结构复杂、工作效率和工艺效费比低等问题,结合飞机常规生产试验对装置的根本需求,采用AT89C2051单片机、MAX541高速16位串行D/A转换器为核心进行开发,设计实现了一种基于D/A转换技术的信号输出为1.52~53.48 m V、分辨率为1μV、精度优于±5μV的发动机温度模拟器。重点介绍该温度模拟器硬、软件系统的开发设计和调试验证情况。实际应用表明:该模拟器具有装置结构简单、信号输出准确、连接操作简便等优点,便于机上工作使用,在发动机温度信号标定等机上地面试验中可实现较高的精度和工作效率。
In order to meet the simulation requirements of the engine temperature signal for the on-board ground test under the condition of no-engine-running,and to solve the existing technical problems such as complex structure,low efficiency and low cost-effectiveness ratio of the device,combined with the basic requirements of the conventional aircraft production test for the device,the AT89 C2051 microcontroller and MAX541 high-speed 16-bit serial D/A converter is taken as the core,an engine temperature simulator based on D/A conversion technology,with a signal output range of 1.52~53.48 m V,a resolution of 1μV,and an accuracy better than±5μV is designed and implemeated.The development,design and debugging of the hardware and software system of the temperature simulator are introduced emphatically.The application shows that the simulator has the advantages of simple structure,accurate signal output,simple connection and operation,and is especially convenient for on-board work.It can achieve higher accuracy and work efficiency in on-board ground tests such as engine temperature signal calibration.
