减缩型聚羧酸系减水剂SRPC-7的合成与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 合成了马来酸二乙二醇单丁醚的酯类单体,将其与甲基烯丙基聚乙二醇和丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)、过硫酸铵(APS)等共聚成一种具有良好分散性与保坍能力的减缩型聚羧酸系减水剂SRPC-7。结果表明:2.0%的SRPC-7溶液表面张力为35.2 mN/m,低于普通聚羧酸系减水剂PC的表面张力(53.9 mN/m);掺两种聚羧酸减水剂的砂浆与混凝土试件收缩率均低于空白组,掺SRPC-7的砂浆试件28 d收缩率下降了39.5%,掺SRPC-7的混凝土试件28 d收缩率比为55.4%,SRPC-7有利于提高混凝土的抗收缩开裂性能。 The ester monomer of maleic acid diethylene glycol monobutyl ether was synthesized,and it was combined with methallyl polyethylene glycol,acrylic acid(AA),sodium methacrylate sulfonate(MAS),ammonium persulfate(APS)and other copolymerization into a shrinkage reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer SRPC-7,which had good dispersibility and slump retention ability.The results show that the surface tension of the 2.0%SRPC-7 solution is 35.2 mN/m,which is far lower than the 53.9 mN/m of polycarboxylate superplasticizer PC.The shrinkage of the mortar and concrete mixed with PC is lower than that of the blank sample.The 28 d shrinkage rate of the cement mortar test block mixed with SRPC-7 decreases by 39.5%,and the 28 d shrinkage ratio of the concrete mixed with SRPC-7 is 55.4%of the blank group,which is conducive to the shrinkage and cracking resistance of concrete.
