牙周细胞膜色谱联用高效液相筛选三七有效成分的研究

Study on the effective components of panax notoginseng by periodontal membrane chromatography and HPLC

目的研究三七提取物与牙周膜细胞的生物亲和作用,为筛选用于治疗慢性牙周炎的中药提供理论基础。方法用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)联合细胞膜色谱法(CMC)对中药三七超声萃取的有效成分与人牙周膜细胞膜进行筛选。结果三七主要成分人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1与牙周膜细胞色谱柱能形成保留色谱峰。结论人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1与牙周细胞膜有作用靶点,具体作用机理有待于深入研究。

Objective To study the bioaffinity between extracts of panax notoginseng and periodontal membrane cells,and to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods The active components of panax notoginseng ultrasonic extraction and human periodontal membrane were screened by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)and(cell membrane chromatography)CMC.Results The main components of panax notoginseng were ginsenoside Rg1,Rb1 and periodontal membrane cell chromatographic column.Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg1,Rb1 and periodontal cell membrane have action targets,and the specific mechanism of action needs to be further studied.
