目的网络药理学是一门新兴的交叉学科,综合生物学、药学、数学和计算机科学等技术构建药物作用靶点与疾病间的复杂关系网络,从而分析药物作用机制。多组分、多靶点、组分间协同作用是中药的特点,因其成分复杂,系统庞大,研究人员开展药物成分作用机制研究难度极大,基于此本文介绍一款分析中药有效成分、药物作用靶点以及与疾病相关药物作用靶点网络的综合数据库TCMSP(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform),旨在帮助临床研究人员一站式实现中药复方网络药理学分析及其可视化,TCMSP数据库通过预测算法获得中药成分及其替代品作用疾病靶点间的关系,加深研究人员从基因层面对药理作用的认识,了解药物如何在特定途径、不同细胞类型以及不同患者中发挥作用,从而促进药物联合疗法的开发。

Network pharmacology is a new interdisciplinary subject,which integrates biology,pharmacy,mathematics,and computer science to construct a complex network of drug action targets and diseases to analyze drug action mechanisms.Multi-component,multi-target,and synergy between components are the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Due to the complex components of traditional Chinese medicine and the huge system,it is extremely difficult for researchers to conduct research on the mechanism of drug components.Based on this,this article introduces an analysis of the effective components and drugs of traditional Chinese medicine.TCMSP,a database of action targets and disease-related drug action target networks,aims to help clinical researchers realize one-stop network pharmacological analysis and visualization of Chinese medicine compound prescriptions.The TCMSP database obtains the effects of Chinese medicine components and their substitutes through predictive algorithms.Diseases The relationship between targets will deepen researchers'understanding of pharmacological effects from the genetic level,and understand how drugs work in specific pathways,different cell types,and different patients,thereby promoting the development of drug combination therapies.
