城市旅游地入境旅游负面感知评价研究——以苏州为例 被引量:1

摘要 厘清入境旅游发展过程中游客的负面感知情况,有助于针对性解决入境旅游市场增长缓慢、游客结构失衡等问题。本文选取苏州作为案例地,搜集入境游客的网络点评和游记,并运用扎根理论的方法进行分析,归纳出苏州入境旅游负面感知评价包括:传播形象不鲜明,核心吸引力不足,旅游服务质量不高,国际化旅游环境氛围欠缺4个核心范畴,且入境游客负面感知形成机制以旅游活动的发生过程为主线。 To clarify the negative perceptions of tourists during the development of inbound tourism can help solve the problems of slow growth in the inbound tourism market and imbalance in the structure of tourists.This article selects Suzhou as a case site,collects online reviews and travel notes of inbound tourists,and analyzes them using grounded theory methods.It concludes that the negative perception evaluation of inbound tourism in Suzhou includes:unclear communication image,insufficient core attraction,and low quality of tourism services,The international tourism environment lacks four core categories,and the formation mechanism of inbound tourists'negative perception is based on the occurrence of tourism activities.
