Research on the Impact of Executive Incentives on Enterprise Performance——Based on Empirical Data of Listed Companies on Small and Medium-sized Boards

公司绩效是企业价值最直观的表现,提高企业绩效是公司发展的重要目标,在提高公司绩效过程中,管理层扮演着重要的角色。高管人员是企业众多的人力成本当中最重要的,他们是公司的决策层,企业运营的核心人物,制定着公司的发展战略,执行董事会的目标,一定程度上决定了公司未来的发展方向,优秀的高级管理人员是企业核心竞争力的重要构成因素。因此,我们需要充分调动高管的积极性,影响他们的认知观与价值观,从而更好地反映到企业的业绩上来。相较于其他经济发达国家,我国的企业高管激励制度还处于发展阶段,还在不断探索的过程中,仍需不断完善。本文利用2348家中小板公司2016—2018年的数据进行高管薪酬研究。

Corporate performance is the most intuitive manifestation of corporate value.Improving corporate performance is an important goal of company development.In the process of improving corporate performance,management plays an important role.Senior executives are the most important of the company’s many human costs.They are the company’s decision-making level and the core figure of the company’s operations.They formulate the company’s development strategy and execute the board’s goals,and to a certain extent determine the company’s future development direction.Excellent senior managers are an important component of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Therefore,we need to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of executives to influence their perceptions and values,so as to better reflect the company's performance.Compared with other economically developed countries,my country’s corporate executive incentive system is still in the development stage,and is still in the process of continuous exploration and needs to be continuously improved.This paper uses the data of 2,348 small and medium-sized board companies from 2016 to 2018 to conduct a research on executive compensation.
