高职院校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,承担着培养高素质技术技能人才的重任,为我国各行各业源源不断地提供人才,因此积极提升高职院校人才培养质量对我国的社会经济发展具有积极意义。本文从高职院校百万扩招的意义背景入手,深入分析扩招背景下高职院校人才培养存在的问题,提出科学合理的人才培养理念、完善科学的人才培养体系、制定完善的评价机制、建设高素质的教师队伍、有效开展校企合作促进产教融合等实现路径。

Higher vocational colleges are an important part of my country's higher education system.They undertake the important task of cultivating high-quality technical and technical talents,and provide talents for all walks of life in our country.Therefore,actively improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges is important for our country.The social and economic development of my country is of positive significance.This article starts with the background of the significance of the enrollment expansion of one million in higher vocational colleges,deeply analyzes the problems of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the background of expansion,puts forward a scientific and reasonable concept of talent training,perfects a scientific talent training system,and develops a sound evaluation mechanism.The construction of high-quality teachers,effective school-enterprise cooperation to promote the integration of production and education and other implementation paths.
