摘要
2020年,澳印在原有的合作基础上,建立了更深层次、更广领域、更高水平的全面战略伙伴关系。其中,安全合作是澳印全面战略伙伴关系的核心,经济合作是重点方向,印太地区合作是新趋向。澳印全面战略伙伴关系的建立既受莫迪强势的执政风格影响,又有国家利益、地缘政治及大国竞争的考量。澳印通过升级伙伴关系,达成“印太战略”的原则性共识,印太地区的权力博弈趋于严峻。面对澳大利亚与印度关系的升级,中国需实施“分治”策略,保持战略定力和自信,回应澳印联合的挑战。
In 2020,Australia and India established a comprehensive strategic partnership in a wider field and at a higher level,under which security and economic cooperation is the key direction,and Indo-Pacific regional cooperation is a new trend.In this context,China needs to implement the"divide and counter"strategy,maintain strategic determination and self-confidence,and respond to the challenge of Australia-India alliance.
