我国金融高质量发展的现状及对策——基于国际比较的研究

The Status Quo and Countermeasures of High-quality Financial Development in China——Research based on International Comparison

金融高质量发展本质上就是建立健全一套规模适当、结构合理、稳定高效的现代金融体系,其最终目标是增强金融服务实体经济的能力和效率。推动金融高质量发展的根本途径是深化金融供给侧结构性改革,通过改革解决金融领域长期存在的结构性问题,提高金融供给体系的质量。本文首先探讨了金融高质量发展的具体内涵;然后基于国际比较的研究方法,从规模、结构、稳定性和效率等维度分析了我国金融高质量发展的现状以及存在的问题;最后从每个维度上讨论了推动金融高质量发展的对策。

The essence of high-quality financial development is to establish and improve a modern financial system with appropriate scale,reasonable structure,stability and high efficiency.Its ultimate goal is to enhance the ability and efficiency of finance to serve the real economy.The fundamental way to promote high-quality financial development is to deepen the financial supply side structural reform,resolve long-standing structural problems in the financial sector through reforms,and improve the quality of the financial supply system.This article first discusses the specific connotations of high-quality financial development;then,based on the research methods of international comparison,this article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of China’s high-quality financial development from dimensions including scale,structure,stability and efficiency;finally,the countermeasures to promote high-quality financial development are discussed from each dimension.
