在2016完成的荷兰海牙森林南路30号(B30)改造项目中,荷兰建筑事务所卡恩建筑以连续动态的时间观解读了建筑形态在历史中的演变。建筑师令不同时期的空间信息得以沉积,并将其作为一种时间转换的定格,以嫁接的方式把该建筑历史上的设计精髓与当下的建筑观念融合在一起。这种稳重严谨的设计理念在挖掘出历史建筑原有美学价值的同时,也为使用者带去了崭新的场所体验,从而营造出了和谐统一的空间氛围,为历史建筑的改造与再利用提供了一种具有说服力的设计策略。文章尝试从历史背景、空间特色和设计策略几方面对B30进行系统的研究和解读,并对建筑设计实践中建筑师的时间观问题展开讨论与思考。

In the renovation and adaptive reuse of Bezuidenhoutseweg 30 in Hague, the Netherlands, which was finished in 2016, KAAN Architecten interpreted the evolution of the building as a continuous dynamic process in history. By considering the spatial context of different periods as freezeframes of the history, the architect combined those design essentials from the past with contemporary architecture ideas. This steady and rigorous design approach not only exploits aesthetic values from the original design, but also offers an enticing spatial experience to the users, leading to a harmonious space atmosphere. The article presents a universalistic, persuasive design strategy for the future historic building renovations.
