摘要
目的观察甲状旁腺癌患者癌组织中的CyclinD1、Menin蛋白表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取接受手术治疗的60例甲状旁腺癌患者为研究对象,同时选取同期接受手术切除的良性甲状旁腺肿瘤60例患者为对照。观察两组患者组织中CyclinD1、Menin蛋白表达情况,比较不同临床特征甲状旁腺癌患者CyclinD1、Menin蛋白表达的差异,分析影响甲状旁腺癌患者癌组织中CyclinD1、Menin蛋白表达的因素。结果甲状旁腺癌患者组织中的CyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率高于良性甲状旁腺肿瘤组,Menin蛋白阳性表达率低于良性甲状旁腺肿瘤组患者(P<0.05);中低分化、有淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期的甲状旁腺癌患者的CyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率较高,Menin蛋白阳性表达率较低,不同年龄、性别患者的CyclinD1、Menin蛋白阳性表达率无明显差别;将单因素分析有意义的因素作为自变量,将CyclinD1、Menin蛋白表达率作为因变量,进行多因素Logistic回归分析,结果显示分化程度和TNM分期进入回归方程,其OR值分别为4.153和4.205。结论甲状旁腺癌患者的CyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率较高,Menin蛋白阳性表达率较低,且受分化程度和TNM分期的影响。
Objective To observe the expression of Cyclin D1 and Menin in parathyroid adenocarcinoma tissues and to explore their clinical significance.Methods 60 patients with parathyroid adenocarcinoma who underwent surgical treatment were selected as the study subjects,while patients with benign parathyroid tumors who underwent surgical resection during the same period were selected as the control group.To observe the expression of Cyclin D1 and Menin in tissues of the 2 groups of patients,compare the expression of Cyclin D1 and Menin in different clinical characteristics of parathyroid adenocarcinoma patients,and analyze the factors affecting the expression of Cyclin D1 and Menin in cancer tissues of parathyroid adenocarcinoma patients.Results The positive expression rate of CyclinD1 protein was higher in parathyroid cancer than in benign parathyroid tumors,and the positive expression rate of Menin protein was lower in benign thyroid tumors(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of CyclinD1 protein was higher in patients with moderately or moderately differentiated degree,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage III+IV parathyroid adenocarcinoma,and the positive expression rate of Menin protein was higher than that in patients with benign thyroid tumors(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Cyclin D1 and Menin protein in patients of different ages and sexes were not significantly different;the significant factors of univariate analysis were taken as independent variables,whether thrombosis occurred was taken as dependent variable,and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that differentiation degree and TNM stage entered regression equation,with OR values of 4.153 and 4.205,respectively.Conclusion The positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 protein is higher in patients with parathyroid adenocarcinoma,while the positive expression rate of Menin protein is lower,which is influenced by differentiation degree and TNM stage.
