摘要
目的探讨基于病情发展的身心调护方案在脑卒中后癫痫患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年9月该院收治的脑卒中后癫痫患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施基于病情发展的身心调护方案进行干预。比较两组患者干预前后肢体功能障碍、生活质量及心理状态的改善情况。结果干预后,观察组患者的Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),语言、情绪、个性、自理能力、社会角色、上肢功能等维度评分均显著高于对照组,SDS及SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于病情发展的身心调护方案可明显改善脑卒中后癫痫患者的肢体功能障碍和负性心理状态,有效提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of physical and mental nursing based on the development of stroke in patients with post-stroke epilepsy.Methods From September 2016 to September 2018,86 patients with post-stroke seizures were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,43 cases of each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing method,while the patients in the observation group were intervened by physical and mental nursing program based on the development of the disease on the basis of routine nursing.The symptoms,life function and psychological status of the two groups before and after intervention were investigated and compared.Results After intervention,the Barthel index score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of language,emotion,personality,self-care ability,social role and upper limb function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of SDS and SAS were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The psychosomatic nursing plan based on the development of the disease can significantly improve the limb dysfunction and negative psychological state of the patients with epilepsy after stroke,and effectively improve the quality of life of the patients.
