基于应激理论的心理及认知干预对骨肉瘤患者心理状态、疾病不确定感及睡眠状态的影响

Effects of psychological and cognitive intervention based on stress theory on mental state, disease uncertainty and sleep state of patients with osteosarcoma

目的探讨基于应激理论的心理及认知干预对骨肉瘤患者负性情绪及自我管理行为的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年6月该院收治的骨肉瘤患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上接受基于应激理论的心理及认知干预。比较两组患者干预前后的心理状态、疾病不确定感及睡眠状态。结果干预后,观察组患者的SDS及SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),疾病不确定感各维度得分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠状态评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对骨肉瘤患者给予基于应激理论的心理及认知行为干预,能有效改善患者的心理状态及睡眠质量,消除患者的疾病不确定感,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological and cognitive intervention based on stress theory on negative emotions and self-management behavior of patients with osteosarcoma.Methods A total of 100 patients with osteosarcoma who were admitted to the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from August 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received psychological and cognitive intervention based on stress theory on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state,disease uncertainty and sleep state of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the scores of various dimensions of disease uncertainty and total scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the sleep state score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological and cognitive behavioral intervention based on stress theory for patients with osteosarcoma can effectively improve their mental state and sleep quality,eliminate the disease uncertainty of patients,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
