以家庭为中心的护理模式应用于老年血液肿瘤患者对其临床疗效、依从性及负性情绪的影响

The effect of family-centered nursing mode applied to elderly patients with hematologic malignancies on their clinical efficacy,compliance and negative emotions

目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理模式应用于老年血液肿瘤患者对其临床疗效、依从性及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年12月该院收治的老年血液肿瘤患者120例,随机将患者分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组在对照组的基础上采用以家庭为中心的护理模式进行干预,对比观察两组两者的临床疗效、依从性及负性情绪的影响。结果研究组患者的情绪改善情况、生活质量水平、护理满意度和治疗依从性均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的护理模式应用于老年血液肿瘤患者可以明显提高患者的生活质量、改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性,值得推广以及应用。

Objective To explore the effect of family-centered nursing mode on the clinical efficacy,compliance and negative emotions of elderly patients with hematologic malignancies.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with hematologic malignancies admitted to this hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing mode,while the study group was treated with family-centered nursing mode for intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,compliance and negative emotions of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The mood improvement,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of family-centered nursing mode in elderly patients with hematoma can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve patients'negative emotions,improve patients'nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance,which is worthy of promotion and application.
