重症监护室(ICU)谵妄是一种急性认知障碍综合征,发病机制尚不清楚,是ICU患者住院期间较常见的并发症,且危害巨大,有效的预防措施是减少其危害的关键。ICU护士每天连续直接照顾患者是监测预防谵妄最合适的人选。本文主要讲述谵妄的危害及我国预防ICU谵妄存在的问题,针对这些问题阐述了具体的预防措施,帮助临床中ICU护士提高对谵妄的认识,为预防措施提供参考。

Intensive care unit(ICU)delirium is a kind of acute cognitive impairment syndrome,the pathogenesis is not clear,it is a common complication in ICU patients during hospitalization,and the harm is great,effective preventive measures are the key to reduce its harm.The ICU nurse who provides direct daily care to the patient is the most appropriate person to monitor and prevent delirium.This article mainly describes the harm of delirium and the problems of preventing delirium in ICU in our country,and expounds the specific preventive measures in view of these problems,so as to help ICU nurses improve their understanding of delirium in clinical practice and provide reference for preventive measures.
