摘要
中性粒细胞是固有免疫的重要效应细胞。炎症刺激时,中性粒细胞可以从循环中迁移至感染部位,通过吞噬或脱颗粒,释放细胞毒酶和蛋白酶等方式杀灭病原体。近年来发现中性粒细胞具有一种新型的死亡方式——中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs),其在炎症及免疫性疾病中的作用越来越被认识。系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)作为代表性的免疫炎症性疾病,其动脉粥样硬化的发生风险很高,已有研究证实NETs可通过多种机制参与其中。NETs可能作为早期监测及干预SLE并发动脉粥样硬化的生物标记物和潜在靶点。
Neutrophils are important effector cells of innate immunity.During inflammatory stimulation,neutrophils can migrate from circulation to the infected site and kill pathogens by phagocytosis or degranulation,or the release of cytotoxic enzymes and proteases.In recent years,it has been found that neutrophils have a new way of death-neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs).Its role in inflammatory and immune diseases is more and more recognized.Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),as a representative immune inflammatory disease,has a high risk of atherosclerosis.Studies have confirmed that NETs can participate in it through a variety of mechanisms.NETs may be used as a biomarker and potential target for early monitoring and intervention of atherosclerosis in SLE.
