Role and mechanism of protein phosphatase 2A in T cell and B cell

蛋白磷酸酶2A(protein phosphatase 2A,PP2A)是在真核生物内高度保守且普遍存在的Ser/Thr蛋白磷酸酶,在细胞周期、代谢、迁移、凋亡等多种生命活动中发挥着重要作用。T细胞、B细胞是人体适应性免疫应答的主要免疫细胞,分别介导了细胞免疫和体液免疫。近年研究发现,PP2A广泛参与了变应性疾病、系统性红斑狼疮等多种免疫失调性疾病的发生发展,与各种免疫细胞的功能关系密切。本文就目前PP2A在T细胞、B细胞中的作用及机制进行综述,以期为相关疾病的治疗提供新的思路。

Protein phosphatase 2A is one kind of highly conserved and ubiquitous Ser/Thr protein phosphatases in eukaryotes,which plays an important role in cell cycle,metabolism,migration,apoptosis,and the other life activities.T cell and B cell are the main subtypes of immune cells in adaptive immune responses,which mediate cellular immunity and humoral immunity respectively.In recent years,it has been found that PP2A is widely involved in the development of allergic diseases,systemic lupus erythematosus,and other immune disorders,which is closely related to the functions of various immune cells.The activity and mechanism of PP2A in T cell and B cell is summarized in this review,for providing a new way for treatment of immune disorders.
