摘要
比较了降膜蒸发工艺中几种类型50%碱液一级换热器的使用效果。结果表明:板式换热器不适合高温碱液换热;混合流程管壳换热器完全满足高温碱液换热的使用要求,能保证蒸发单元安全、稳定运行。
The use effects of several types of the first-stage heat exchangers for 50% caustic solution in falling film evaporation process were compared.The results showed that plate heat exchanger was not suitable for the high temperature caustic soda solution.The shell-and-tube heat exchanger with mixed-mode pass could fully meet the requirements of high temperature caustic soda solution,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the evaporation unit.
