摘要 既有腐蚀的天然气管道会因腐蚀导致自身强度逐渐减少,并发生气体的泄露。使用FLUENT软件研究了既有腐蚀管道的腐蚀情况,并对不同管道弯曲度、管内气体运行速度和管径对管道中心压力的影响进行了数值模拟分析,用于评价其安全性。研究发现:多种因素会影响管道安全性,管道内气体运行速度增加,管道安全性会下降。另一方面,增加管径则会增加安全性。对比不同弯折情况的管道的模拟结果,发现管道在不弯折情况下安全度最高,随着弯折程度增加,安全性会减少。 The existing corroded natural gas pipeline will gradually reduce the strength due to corrosion and cause gas leakage.This document uses FLUENT software to study the corrosion of existing corroded pipelines,and numerically simulate the influence of various bends,gas operating speed and pipeline diameter on the average pressure of the pipeline to evaluate its safety.Studies have found that many factors will affect the safety of the pipeline,and increasing the velocity of the gas in the pipeline will reduce the safety of the pipeline.On the other hand,increasing the pipe diameter can improve safety.Comparing the simulation results of pipelines under different bending conditions,it is found that unbent pipelines have the highest safety.The safety decreases as the degree of bending increases.
