浅析全装修住宅工程质量控制

Analysis on the quality control of fully decorated residence engineering

社会经济发展带动了人民生活质量的提高,对成品住宅的需求也日益提高。全装修住宅已经成为社会焦点。但与此同时全装修住宅室内装饰工程的质量问题依然突出,制约了全装修住宅的行业发展。深入分析了全装修住宅室内装饰工程验收当前存在的问题,结合山西省建筑行业实际情况,编制了全装修住宅室内装饰工程验收规范,为相关工作提供参考。

The social and economic development had led to the improvement of people’s quality of life,and the demand for finished housing was also increasing.Fully decorated residence had become the focus of society.But at the same time,the quality problem of interior decoration engineering of fully decorated residence was still outstanding,which restricted the development of the industry of fully decorated residence.This paper deeply analyzed the current problems in the acceptance of interior decoration engineering of fully decorated residence,combining with the actual situation of construction industry in Shanxi Province,compiled the acceptance specification of interior decoration engineering of fully decorated residence,so as to provide reference for the relevant work.
