拇指罐在断指再植术后颈肩部痛症中的应用

目的探讨拇指罐在断指再植术后颈肩部痛症中的疗效观察。方法采用随机方法将患者分对照组和观察组各23例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行拇指罐疗法,应用视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)对两组患者术后颈肩部疼痛进行比较。结果总有效率观察组为95.65%,对照组78.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拇指罐疗法能明显减轻断指再植术后颈肩部痛症,增加患者舒适感。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of thumb jar in treating neck and shoulder pain after broken finger replantation.Methods All 46 patients were randomly grouped,23 in the control group and another 23 in die observation group.The control group took routine nursing care while the observation group adopted thumb jar therapy based on the routine nursing care.Neck and shoulder pain of the patients between two groups was compared respectively by using VAS method.Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,higher than 78.26% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diumb jar can obviously relieve the patients’pain in the neck and shoulder after replantation of broken fingers and thus increase their sense of comfort.
