腓骨长肌前半肌腱用于膝关节前交叉韧带单束重建疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估腓骨长肌前半肌腱(AHPLT)移植物用于前交叉韧带(ACL)单束重建的疗效。方法回顾分析33例膝关节手术用腓骨长肌前半移植物行ACL单束重建患者的临床资料,评估术后膝关节疼痛(VAS评分)、功能(Lysholm评分)及稳定性(Lachman test),同时评估取腱处踝关节肌力改变及功能(AOFAS评分)。结果所有患者术后至少获得2年随访,末次随访Lysholm评分为(91.1±5.1)分,31例Lachman阴性,踝关节AOFAS评分(97.1±2.6)分,无明显肌力下降。结论腓骨长肌前半肌腱是ACL重建较好的移植物来源,且获取肌腱后踝关节安全性良好。 Objective To evaluate clinical results and ankle site morbidity after all-inside single bundle anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction using anterior half of the peroneus longus tendon(AHPLT).Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyze 33 follow-up data of all-inside ACL reconstruction using the AHPLT.There were 21 males and 12 females with a mean age of 26.3±6.3 years,ranging from 19-46 years.VAS,Lysholm and IKDC were used for pain function;Lachman test was used to assess knee stability.Simultaneously,after the removal of AHPLT,the safety of ankle site was also assessed by AOFAS and muscle strength.Results All patients completed 2-year follow up.At the final follow-up,tire Lysholm score was 91.1±5.1,31 revealed negative of Lachman test;AOFAS score were(97.1±2.6)with no obvious morbidity.Conclusion AHPLT is a good alternative autograft for ACL reconstruction without obvious morbidity of ankle site.
