Kummell病CT和MRI表现

摘要 目的探讨CT和MRI对Kummell病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床确诊的11例Kummell病患者的影像学资料。结果11例患者椎体均可见骨质疏松改变,11例病变均为单发,其中T124例,T11和L1各2例,T10、L2、L3各1例。影像学分型,单纯液体型6例、气液混杂型4例、单纯气体型1例。8例椎体边缘骨皮质中断,3例相邻上或(和)下椎间隙可见气体,2例椎旁软组织肿胀,6例合并≥1个椎体压缩性骨折,两侧附件及椎管未见异常改变。结论CT和MRI能够清晰显示Kummell病影像学特征,对Kummell病有重要的诊断价值。 Objective To discuss the value of CT and MRI in diagnosis of Kummell’s disease.Methods The imaging date of 11 patients with clinical diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results The changes of osteoporosis were found in the vertebral body of 11 patients,each of 11 patients had one lesion,including T12 in 4 cases at most,T11 and L1 in 2 cases,T10,L2 and L3 in 1 case,respectively;according to the imaging findings,there were three types,including simple gas type in 1 case,simple liquid type in 6 cases,gas-liquid mixed type in 4 cases;8 cases of cortical disruption at the edge of vertebral body,gas can be seen in the adjacent upper and lower intervertebral space;2 cases of paravertebral soft tissue swelling;6 cases with multiple vertebral compression fractures;no abnormal changes were found in bilateral adnexa and spinal canal.Conclusion CT and MRI can show the characteristics of Kummell’s disease exactly,and have applied value in detecting Kummell’s disease.
