精益护理在机器人辅助高龄膀胱癌根治术中的应用效果

目的探讨精益护理在机器人辅助高龄膀胱癌根治术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月行机器人辅助高龄膀胱癌根治手术患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组47例,给予一般护理模式,观察组45例,采用精益护理模式。比较两组患者围手术期的体温与焦虑、抑郁情况。结果观察组患者在进入手术室时、手术开始后的90min及180min、手术结束后的10min体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用精益护理模式可有效管理高龄膀胱癌患者围手术期体温,改善患者负面情绪,促进术后快速恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of lean management in robotic assisted radical cystectomy for bladder cancer.Methods 92 patients underwent robot-assisted radical cystectomy from January 2018 to December 2019 who were randomly divided into control group and observation group.47 patients in the control group were given normal care mode,while 45patients in the observation group were treated with lean care mode.Finally,the body temperature,anxiety and depression were compared between the two above groups.Results In the observation group,the body temperature of the 45 patients was significantly higher than that of the control group at 90 min,180 min and 10 min after the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were all significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In a word,the application of lean care mode is helpful to manage the perioperative body temperature in elder patients,improve patients'negative emotions and promote rapid recovery after operation.
